Richard Johnston Limited has warehouses to let on a rental basis. The warehouses to let, vary in size from 10,000 sq ft to 116,000 sq ft. The warehousing units, are all purpose built storage facilities and most are insulated, providing high quality ambient storage conditions.
Our existing rental clients' operations include specialist wheel construction, third party logistics and a distribution centre for a locally based national food producer. With over 100 acres available to us there is plenty of room for expansion and we can support clients who require bespoke warehousing design and build solutions, including retail warehousing.
